Friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently situated at a walking distance from some major museums. The only con I noticed is that the hotel and the rooms are narrow.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and housekeeping was in everyday to clean the room. The location is perfect right by a tram station and Vondelpark. The nearby streets and neighborhood was beautiful and many resturants nearby. A great place to stay!

Would definitely stay here again. Hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms are quite small if you are used to larger hotel rooms, but that did not impact our enjoyment in the least.

one of the nicest hotel experiences i have ever had! the staff were exemplary and made our travel hiccups a bit sweeter with understanding and flexibility. location was an absolute gem as we discovered a gorgeous part of the city just a tiny bit away from the centre that made us fall in love with the city more than we thought was possible.

The hotel is well located for the museum area and linked well by the tram service to the train station, airport and other areas of Amsterdam. Staff were helpful in storing luggage pre and post check-in, which helped with our schedule. The room was clean but very small for 3 people, with a super small ‘ double-bed’ and a tiny single bed. Bathroom was a good size though and the shower was good.
