The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood very close to the bus and tram and many of the best museums. Very walkable and safe, especially as a solo traveler. The rooms are quite small, showers even smaller! Cold breakfast was easy, pre-book to save. Staff was helpful

The location of this property is perfect with most everything within walking distance. The room we selected was very small and more suited to a solo traveler we feel. Odd complaint but it would be nice to have more than one mirror than in the bathroom, especially when the hallways are covered in them. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine, typical European hotel room (small but functional) and hotel was centrally located. Very easy to get to the tram and go to all, major hot spots. Unfortunately my quality of sleep was terrible throughout my stay. Walls were very thin and I was woken up every night while I was staying there. Bring ear plugs!

The room was clean, but it already looked a bit worn. The hotel had good service and friendly staff. The children really liked the hotel and would happily go on the trip again. The location is good, and public transportation makes it very easy to get around from the hotel.
