Over priced for what it is. Impossible to get ahold of staff as it’s a digital hotel and no reception. The staff were loud at 1:00am, I had to ask them to be quiet. Our room was in lower level, second night we got flooded it’s been almost a week and I haven’t got my refund back from the hotel.

Good location, electronic key system worked well, but meant you had to make sure your phone was charged at all times. Information pre check-in was accurate and timely. Light switches in the room didn’t all work and one was flickery. Tiny tiny twin room.

Great 3 night stay at this hotel, the staff were really helpful and a comfortable bed. The bed could do with an extra pillow each but other than that the room was clean, shower was fine and if you're on a budget it's a good place to stay!

A Lovely Spot in Amsterdam

A perfect location for a family visit to Amsterdam...charming, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, so easy and comfortable...lovely. And breakfast in the morning is delightful! Hotel Vondel Garden is a short walk to visit Van Gogh and all the Dutch Masters!
