The hotel is well located and a lot of options to visit and eat. The beds are pretty small and the pillows are not very comfortable. The air conditioning worked most of the time. Is pretty noisy.

Despite some of the reviews I read before booking, I just want to say that I was glad I booked Hotel Oscar. I loved this charming boutique hotel which location was perfect for walking to many of the tourist attractions and nearby restaurants. The hotel entrance and sitting area were very inviting. Although smaller than expected, the room was very clean and suited our needs, and the picturesque view of the canal and surrounding area from our room was awesome. The hotel staff were very friendly and so accommodating to us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at such a charming and affordable hotel, and I would certainly stay here again if I ever got the opportunity to visit Amsterdam again!
