The hotel was fantastic and the staff were lovely Jamila was very sweet loved my Darth Vader impression from Star Wars The location is fantastic it is right in the centre of the red light district and there are sex shops restaurants all that you would ever want to have in a tourist location the best of the best I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again it is a family business and the owner and all the staff are brilliant đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Really nice staff. So helpful and nice. The shower had a weird smell to it. The rooms are smal but very clean. Worst part was the doors. You could hear every single door slam shut. It was so loud it woke me up several times during the night.

The hotel is VERY basic despite the web showing otherwise. Extremely steep stairs (not suitable for the aged or disabled), no lifts, very basic facilities, poor lighting, lumpy beds. It’s also in the heart of the red light district and it’s noisy which isn’t mentioned on the website either. Staff are pleasant enough but it doesn’t make up for the shortfalls.

The room was awful! Hair all over the bed, location terrible... Would never stay there again! Avoid at all costs! We ended up getting a new hotel 5 minutes after getting into the room and attempted to get a refund, management were not helpful at all or understanding and it was rejected twice.

For 250 Euros/night I expected more. The room was basic. Under the bed, full of dust and trash (must have been a long time last it was cleaned). Window not possible to open. There was a door that could open out but it opened to a drop. Bathroom seemed renovated. All in all, too expensive for what it offered. Will not stay there next time.
