I had a good experience with check in at the reception however there was a couple of stains on the bed which which was either attributed to sweat or urine however it didn't make me feel comfortable with the cleanliness

my second time staying at this hotel. always a good experience. Clean and staff were friendly. they were able to accomodate my request for an early check in because I was travelling with a toddler and we arrived early at the airport. will always choose this hotel whenever I will visit amsterdam.

The room is really small but very clean. The windows do not open, and whoever was in the room before left the temperature set at 35C. It is okay for one night. The building wasn’t easy to find, the hotel sign is very small so you really need to look for it; however, super easy check in and it is located in a beautiful area.

Good place to stay!

Zaandam is a great place to stay just a train stop away from central Amsterdam. We had the rail pass so was very easy to travel around from This location. Hotel was neat and provided very basic amenities. The area around was beautiful. The only thing that was a bit of issue was lack of any storage space or any place to even store our bags. We have to leave everything on the floor. Other than that the stay was good

The stay was good. The facilities would be better if there was a fridge in the room and if there could be something done about the smell of weed in the hallways. Coffee I. The room would be great instead of spending 4.5 euro every morning and having to go down to the hotel lobby to get it.

Practical for one night...

Practical solution for a night stay. No frills, but it said that in the description. Few issues with TV service not working. Also, no phone in room so needed to head down to reception a few times (yes, could have used my mobile, but didn't want to).... Close to railway station and shopping.

I Continue To Stay At This Hotel

Another great stay at Easyhotel Zaandam. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Room was clean with lots of hot water in open shower. Nothing fancy about the room with just liquid soap dispenser, no hand towels and no closet or storage for luggage or clothes. But I still like it here and the ease of walking to shops, bars and restaurants. Train is only 4-5 minute walk. Its just a quiet, comfortable place with friendly people.

A little too small a space to be value for money

The hotel was well situated, an easy walk to the train station, close shops and some funky modern architecture. The room was too small for a couple travelling for more than a couple of day. There was simply no storage so bags were stacked int corners. No real room to work, in fact apart from a single kitchen chair and the bed there was nothing to sit on I don’t regret my stay but I would not repeat it

The price is cheap for a reason. There is nothing in the barroom. There is no cups no tissues even just 2 towels for 3 people. The room is pretty small and check out time is 10 am. Late check in or early check in will cost you lots. There will be 5 Euro per item if you need storage for your luggage after checked out.
