The hotel was just what I expect from CitizenM. The hotel itself being lovely. The room as good as always. The staff are really excellent, always making you feel welcome, both on arrival and check out, plus at the bar after a long day exploring. The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of most important sights in Amsterdam

Great stay except - the room could have been cleaned better. I was exhausted from an overnight flight so I didn;t bother asking for a different room. The shelving around the bed needed a good wipe down and there were a few hairs in between the fitted sheet and bed covering.

Room was on the minimalist side with high tech features. Quiet, comfortable and cosy. Blackout curtains aided sleep and the hotel has Metro and tram stops close. Staff extremely friendly and the whole experience was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it for a short stay.

Cute little property, modern and chic, centrally located and within walking distance/transportation of Centraal/most tourist and museum hot spots. The controls in the room were high tech which may be a bit tough for some people, but we didn't mind.
