Terrible experience. Avoid this hotel at any cost. After arriving tired to my room I took a short nap. Woke up 30 minutes later with bed bugs crawling all over me. This hotell should shut down.

Worst hotel EVER! The reception is not at the same place as the hotel, It's in another hotel at the same street. I checked in at 11pm and as I female guest I felt unsafe walking in the street this late. Also, the door was always open for everyone to get in. No password or tag needed. Everyone could get in freely. The recepctionist didn't speak english properly so we had a hard time trying to understand each other. When I asked if we had bottles of water in the room, he gave me cups to drink water of the sink. There was no hot water to take a shower!!!!! The carpet was terrible, it was disgusting. I booked 3 nights but checkout the next morning cause there's was not 1 good thing about it. Price is tooooooooo high, but even if it was the cheapeast this place should be closed for real.

The room we were given was 4 floors up with no lift, the paint was peeling of the wall carpets were old and dirty. Hair in the beds that wasn't mine, a shower that leaked the whole time room was very small with just enough room for the bed and only 1 bedside light worked. On arrival at the Aston hotel there was a sign to go to another hotel down the road to check in, the staff that greeted us and check us out were helpful, and the instructions on how to find hotel easy to follow.

Bed Sheets were not changed, pillows were dirty, room absolutely stank. I Took a video of bed bugs and all the staining, had to get the room changed once I showed the staff the video. I’ve been bitten LOADS by bed bugs. Will not be coming here again, I’d strongly advise against this place. For your sanity and your health.

The hotel is located in a great area ! Close to museums and other touristy attractions Hotel is not in best condition but for the price you pay it is worth it. If you are looking for a cheap place where you can sleep it’s perfect. Room is very small Stuff is excellent

Great location, mattress could be better

They were very accommodating and helpful. The room was small but fine for our purpose but it had a soft spot in the mattress and should have been replaced. Lots of hot water and a great location! Whenwe come again to Amsterdam we would stay there again.
