Bed Sheets were not changed, pillows were dirty, room absolutely stank. I Took a video of bed bugs and all the staining, had to get the room changed once I showed the staff the video. I’ve been bitten LOADS by bed bugs. Will not be coming here again, I’d strongly advise against this place. For your sanity and your health.

Clean sheets but used and not clean matress. The floor is with very old, used and dirty carpet. The furniture and the WC was ok, but that should not be allowed to use that carpet in a Hotel with those prices. Need a quick intervention!

Great location, mattress could be better

They were very accommodating and helpful. The room was small but fine for our purpose but it had a soft spot in the mattress and should have been replaced. Lots of hot water and a great location! Whenwe come again to Amsterdam we would stay there again.

This is a very expensive place for very low quality room. It was dirty and unsafe. All the previous reviews are correct. The only reason I booked this stay was because our Vrbo booking turned out to be a fraud and we were desperate.
