This hotel was one of the best that we have ever stayed in. Not only was the room exceptionally clean and well prepared, but there was a great AC system, large bathroom, and beautiful view. The staff were extremely friendly. On our check-in, they shared the amenities with us and offered complimentary water and fruit. The shops in the area are cute, convenient, and picturesque. There are great cafes nearby!

The room was very small and essentially consisted of just the bed. There was a desk, but it was too small for me to comfortably work from. However, the hotel has a pleasant common area and breakfast room where I was able to get some work done. The location is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, a large park, and both the historic old town and the city’s famous art museums are within walking distance.

We were concerned with previous negative reviews but honestly the room was clean and we had everything we needed. We felt safe and it was easy to catch a bus to get anywhere we needed. There were plenty stores nearby if you needed grocery or last minute travel items. I really enjoyed that it was just far enough away from all the tourist attractions but took us no time to get to them. There are plenty of lovely coffee shops, bakeries and brasseries nearby. We did not pay for the breakfast but it’s nice that there was that option. Honestly, it was a much better stay than expected.

The hotel location is great! I would say in General, the hotel is much better than many hotels in Amsterdam. Bed is good ( for my taste) . You do t hear neighbors or the street noises. So isolation works perfectly. However, AC is terrible. Temperature outside was 30 degrees and the AC was sooo old system and barely works. So i was really suffocating in the room. But as i said in general much better than many hotels

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is good- close to the museums and still in walking distance to city centre. The rooms were clean, a little worn, but decently presented. The bathroom and shower were great quality and spec. I would use again.

The staff are lovely and the location is great. You do get what you pay for in a sense that the facilities could do with maintenance. My tv was not working, some lights did not work, lighting overall was not great in the room but luckily it was sunny outside. The cleaner also did not replace the bath mat. The temperature system was quite useless. The room however is clean, the style is nice and the bathroom is lovely. No issues with the shower, bed was comfy, and room convenient.

This hotel was marketed as a 4 star hotel which is certainly wasn’t. It was more a mix between an airbnb and a hotel as it was inside an apartment building. The mattress was old and worn out, the lamp in the bathroom was hanging loose with wires exposed, the chair on the balcony was falling apart and frankly dangerous. The breakfast was ok and basic but totally overpriced at 35 EUR. On top of all this they charge you an extra 15 EUR city tax at check-in. This is an average 3 star city hotel, don’t expect more.

Had expected parking at the site and chose this because it said parking at 50 EUR. But when we came it was located other place and was full so we had to stay further away with car which was very inconvenient. More flat like than hotel as it is only part of the building but otherwise was ok.

Don’t believe in the images. Not at all what it is. We ordered a deluxe room and it was so small. It ended up costing more than what we booked in London or Brussels, yet the room was tiny and a window was cut off weirdly by a wall. Do not book here. The personnel was nice, not their fault.
