Welcome was warm and professional. Room lovely and clean. I am a clean freak, so take it from me. It was clean. Hotel is in such a great position. Near to everything. Just a short walk. We rented ebikes from the hotel. €20 for four hours. Really good price. Great fun. Cant really say anything bad. Loved my stay, loved Alicante.

Lovely room great location near to beach , port great bars & restaurants. Friendly staff very clean , breakfast room overlooks sea . Some building works at the minute so some noise from this in the day but not awful .. reception staff very nice and helpful

Melia is an excellent hotel which is going through sections of refurbishment. Great positions on the edge of the sea. We experienced a few downsides which lets the hotel down. This morning 07/02 breakfast opened at 7.30 which is too late if you need to be up early, it was obvious the certain items hadn’t be turned on early enough, hot water in the machines was serving lukewarm water, porridge urn again lukewarm and rotary toast machine 5 times through to get toast. One last point 2 operating lifts for a very large hotel not enough. The late serving of breakfast needs to be looked at
