Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Car park an added bonus. I've dropped a star because the rooms have stone floors with no rugs or coverings so when someone in the room above you drags a chair at 3am, the whole room resounds with the noise.

Friendly efficient check in, good location to the Lucerous metro & a short walk to the front esplanade. Clean room & comfortable bed & pillows. Big bathroom & plenty of hot water. Old style & a bit tired hotel & noisy corridors.

Good location in the centre of town, close to airport bus stop and train station. Garage isalso available. Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The hotel is in an older building, and could do with a little freshing up, but the room and bath were very clean. Sound isolation could be better.

WE couldn't get the air conditioning to work. But we only used the room to sleep in because we were going straight out after check out to a concert and back very late. I am sure the lady on reception would have sorted this out because she was so helpful. Hotel is in a great position, to get in and out of Alicante very easily. Plus intown garage parking absolute winner. Dropped suitcases parked changed and out.
