The 'Bon Estar apartment' is a peaceful apartment recently renovated and decorated with great charm, with a beautiful balcony located just 50 metres from the beach, in a quiet area of Alcudia Bay.

It is ideal for couples and families who wish to relax in a quiet area and enjoy good beach holidays and close to the commercial area of Alcudia port with all amenities, it is located on the second floor. Street parking is free. And the fantastic terrace of the property is the perfect place to enjoy the breeze on the outdoor sofa or sit at the table.



It has a double room with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, a second room with two single beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4 people and a very comfortable living room with a chaise longue sofa. From the living room, you can access the terrace where you will find an outdoor dining table and a sofa to enjoy the most magical nights.



The apartment has a flat-screen television, satellite receiver with international channels and free WIFI.

Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

The tourist tax is included in the rates.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

Tolle Wohnung mit super Terrasse

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, das meiste noch recht neu (Böden, Badezimmer etc). Das Haus ist in der zweite Reihe zum Meer, nur einige Meter zum Strand. Dort kann man auch Liegen und Schirme mieten. Die Terrasse ist sehr geräumig, man hat zwischen den Häusern teilweise Meerblick. Es gibt vorne auch noch eine kleine Terrasse, eher zum Aufhängen der Strandtücher etc. Gute Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine etc. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, ein Staubsauger ist auch vorhanden. Super, dass es drei einzeln einstellbare Klimageräte gibt (im Wohnraum und in beiden Schlafzimmern). Parken ist auf der Straße fast überall möglich, am Wochenende teilweise aber sehr voll, weil dann natürlich auch die Leute aus dem Landesinneren zum Strand fahren. Was die Wohnung sogar noch besser machen würde: ein Couchtisch, Verdunklungsvorhänge o.ä., Ganzkörperspiegel, Strandtücher, Stuhlauflagen für die Terrasse, mehr Tassen (es gab nur 4 Stück). Die Agentur hat auf unsere Fragen zu individueller An- und Abreisezeit nicht reagiert, obwohl es extra eine Art Chat über deren Portal gibt, aber darauf wurde nicht geantwortet... Ansonsten sehr schön, wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen!
