Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay. Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. The meter will be read both upon arrival and departure.



Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.



Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.
