Located on the ground floor of a two-storey building, on a pedestrian street and with sea views, the apartment boasts a great porch surrounded by beautiful Mallorcan stone where you can enjoy a great breakfast or a delicious meal alfresco feeling the sea breeze after a long day at the rocky beach only a few steps away. When coming back, you have an exterior shower in case you want to wash off the salt before entering the house.

Es Barcarés is a quiet summer location belonging to Alcudia, where despite of the little services, it still is a privileged area thanks to the rocky and sandy beach of Morer Vermell nearby and the only restaurant of this urbanisation next to. Other paradisaical sandy coves like Sant Joan and Mal Pas also are very near. Regarding the services, Alcudia offers all kind of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and amazing places like its medieval wall or the traditional flea market that takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays.
