Good location & clean rooms. I booked on Expedia and paid a deposit for one night, then opted in to pay the remaining balance at the property. Upon checkin, the staff member tells me they didn’t receive any type of payment, they don’t do partial payment, and I had to pay for the room in full again. I showed bank statements and receipts, and no one could explain. I went back and forth with Expedia, confirmed I made a payment and would be refunded. Expedia said they had confirmation from the property to refund me - great! Roughly 5 days later I followed up and was told there is no payment reflected, therefore I will not receive a refund from the property. Went back and forth over a week and lost over $100. Not sure if this is a scam they work up, but be cautious of booking with this property on a third party site. I was advised to dispute this with my bank, instead of just being reimbursed.
