Though the ongoing renovations were obvious, the area was nice, quiet, and clean. Staff member was a pleasure to talk with, kind, and professional. However, the renovated room we checked into had a broken tv (unwatchable) and shower pressure and temperature was poor.

Well first off, I had 2 rooms reserved, but when I arrived they only had me down for one room. Then I was advised that there was a $10 per day parking fee. Which I didn't understand because they have a wide-open uncovered/open parking lot in the front of the Hotel like most hotels and there was NO Valet parking, so I don't understand that per day charge. I was livid but was like oh well, and accepted the fact that I'm being charged for self-parking. Next thing was the TV in one of the rooms did not work. So, after 24hrs we requested to be moved to another room. There's only one exit/entrance to the hotel and they only have (2) elevators. We were on the 8th floor and one of the elevators only went up to the 5th floor for the first 2 days we were there. Finally, as I'm checking out they were about to charge me for 2 cars, after I CLEARLY stated at check-in that we only had ONE car. We drove 11hrs from Central Texas for a family reunion & this is NOT what I expected. We had (3) other groups of family members that were staying at this hotel & experienced similar issues during their stay as well.

The property was under renovation and was priced as if it wasn't while there was no notice while booking. The TV would turn itself back on after being turned off. I had a cockroach in my room. The internet did not connect. I was given a voucher for food, that I was initially told was good for only food, but when I went to breakfast I was told it was only good for dinner.

Incredible stay even though the hotel is under renovation. Breakfast was delicious with great service. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. On our way to the lobby to check out, we ended up in a service elevator and on the wrong floor with our luggage cart. A very nice gentleman, one of the workers, took the time to escort us to the correct elevator and to the lobby. Room was new and beautiful. Great view out the 6th floor window. The only issue I would mention is each TV program we tried to watch the program buffered.

The construction started early in the mornings and the drilling noise were extremely loud. The construction crews using the one functioning elevator, so we had to wait and or take the staircase down. The pool was unavailable due to the construction. The starbucks wasn't open despite being told that they would be. Overall not a good experience. Plus they charge for parking, $10/ day.

When I made the reservation it never stated hotel is under construction. I stayed in to rest on the 3rd floor and ALL of the 4th floor was getting remodeled. As my family and I tried to rest and watch tv all we could hear was drilling and for $200 a night it was not worth it. I won’t be staying there again.

Wait until renovation complete in October 2025.

Property under renovation, pool was closed, I think because I used hotels.com they put me in one of the unrenovated rooms, then I overheard other guests in the lounge bragging about being in one of the renovated floors/rooms. The AC was not working despite them "fixing it" twice, had a non-working outlet in the bathroom, the security device was missing from the door and the nightstand lamp switch broke when I tried to turn it off. They charge $10 for parking in an open, unsecured lot.
