We had left a couple expensive clothing items in the closet and they were never turned into lost and found. I called a day after we realized it and got the run around. Called corporate and they told me that they are not responsible for left items, ummmm if your cleaning crew is taking them and not turning them in then it is your problem. Very disappointed and sad.

I stayed with my adult daughter for one night and we had a great experience. The room was clean and very comfortable. We asked for a late check out and got one! Although it’s been three days since we stayed there, I haven’t received my $50 deposit back. When does my debit card get credited? Thank you!

We checked in and the evening 5pm to 7pm drink and snack event was in process. Was nice to get a drink, nachos and a snack. Breakfast was nice as well the next morning. Easy check in and check out. Bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, refrigerator was used as well.
