Front desk staff, housekeeping, and all other staff were all excellent, attentive, friendly, and professional. The room, while clean desperately needs upgrades. The bathroom was horrible...the tub was rusty, the faucet detached from the wall, the light/fan was so noisy I jeft the door open and used the room light.

I thought this was to review check-in. That process was wonderful....couldn't have asked for anything better. The room at first glance was great. However, The lamp on the desk was about to fall apart....needed tightening extremely badly. I was afraid to use it. The worst situation was the coffeemaker. There was no place accessible to plug it in.

Lighting was poor. Room condition poor. Rack fixture on the wall was coming out. The shower head was not affixed to the wall. It was a budget price, but it seemed to be well below standard.

Room had alot of stains and no tv remote. The tiles in the shower holding the shower bar were coming out of the wall and there were repair items scattered down most halls including rolls of carpet in the pool room. I would not stay again

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Guessing it will slowly be rehabbed as funds allow. Some is dated. But the price reflects that, so if you need an overnight for airport trip, fine for that. Room needed some updates. But also had decent TV, coffee maker. Bedding was all new an comfortable.
