This was fine for a quick night stay after being on the Thruway for several hours. Small room, but adequate for just sleeping & showering. No real amenities available, but you’re very close to shops and other things in the area.

While the location was nice and easy to find, our room had no working A/C in the midst of summer, the remote for the TV did not work and there was some noticeable water damage on the ceiling. And the non-smoking room smelled of weed

Do not live there, this is the advice given by the gentleman sitting outside the hotel, he kept reminding every guest about this. After my night staying here, I can’t agree more

The tub faucet handle was broke off. Only one of four bath light bulbs worked, the hot tub faucet handles didn’t work. There was no house keeping over the weekend.

The location was good, right across from the mall. However the hotel is between the on ramps to the 87so you just have to really pay attention when turning into the parking lot.The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean but really in need of cosmetic updates - painting and update the bathroom. Also there is no breakfast included as it states on the website. Coffee and tea were available though
