Everything was perfect. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The suite offered all the things we needed right down to pots and pans, dish soap etc. The gym offered a good workout and my grandkids enjoyed the warm indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent with lots of different offerings. I also loved that it felt safe and secure there. We will definitely stay at Marriott Residence Inn again.

I have always stayed at a Marriotts and have always been pleased. Unfortunately,this trip was a whole different experience for us.When we first went into the room we noticed there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.Not a big deal,I don’t mind starting the dishwasher to clean the dishes.Then we started noticing the sticky counters in the kitchen and all over the fridge.Also,in various places around the room.It was already late so my husband went to the store and got a container of Clorox wipes. I was able to clean these areas.The next morning when we got up I was tidying up the bed and at the foot of the bed on the sheet under the comforter, I noticed blood, dried blood.Neither me nor my husband had been bleeding.We did not notice it the night before because we were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed.My husband went down that morning and let the front desk know that there was a blood found on our sheet and they said they would have someone come tidy up the room.There was no apology. Nothing trying to make it better just “we will have housekeeping tidy up the room”.That night I was extremely sick and thought maybe I had caught a stomach flu.The more I think about it the more I think I might’ve caught something from that room.It was absolutely filthy.The next few days I spent in the room sick from the stomach flu or whatever it was that I caught.My trip to NY was ruined.Our stay was for 5 days.More than half of my trip was spent in this room being sick.Very disappointed!
