Las Villas Zodiaco are 2 adjoining semi-detached villas. Villa Zodiaco Aquarius is located in the Son Bou urbanisation, approximately 600 metres from the beach of the same name. It consists of 3 double bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 2 people each. It has a spacious lounge-dining room with a large window that opens onto a terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the Menorca sunset. The main floor consists of a lounge with ceiling fans, free WiFi for guests, Smart TV, Bluetooth. Beautiful kitchen, well equipped, with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric and capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave, fridge with freezer. Next to the lounge there is a bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. On the lower floor are the 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The exterior area consists of a private swimming pool with a very well-maintained private garden and a brick-built barbecue. On the outside, under the stairs, is the washing machine.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been completed, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
