The villa combines spacious gathering areas with a practical two-floor sleeping arrangement. One bedroom is on the ground floor, while four bedrooms are upstairs, including the King primary suite and a dedicated children's bedroom.

An upstairs lounge with a Smart TV gives the group an additional place to relax.

Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms. The common living areas are not air conditioned.

Outside, the private swimming pool sits just steps from the Caribbean, making the beach and pool part of everyday life at Villa Aqua.

A charcoal grill is provided for meals at home.

Villa Aqua is located directly on the beach in South Akumal, offering a peaceful Caribbean setting between Akumal and Tulum.

Akumal's beaches, restaurants, and activities are within a short drive, while cenotes, Maya ruins, eco-parks, and Tulum make for convenient outings from the villa.
