I would like to thank you for the hospitality extended to me during my recent stay at ONOMO Hotel Abidjan Airport. I appreciate the convenient location near the airport, which made my travel arrangements smooth and efficient.
Overall, my stay was comfortable, and I found the hotel environment clean and well maintained. The staff were generally polite and helpful, and I value their efforts in providing good service.
However, I would also like to offer some constructive feedback. There were occasional delays in restaurant service, and some minor maintenance issues in the room that could be improved. Addressing these points would further enhance the guest experience.
