The staff is all family and they make you feel like family too! Such great people! The rooms are spacious, clean and lovely. Breakfast is cooked fresh, there is a hot tub and pool, and the grounds are immaculate! The hotel is high in the mountains so it is quiet and scenic. It is authentic Puerto Rico! It’s a family owned business and we loved that. They were helpful, informative and very customer service friendly. The villa is a little dated, but beautiful views. Very peaceful and accommodating. The family made us feel at home. Excellent breakfast every morning. The pool and hot tub were an amazing way to relax after a full day of activities.
