"I was driving an EV and I could not get a charging station to work. The front desk said valet is free and they will charge it for you! That was excellent until I got to the valet and they require a players club card. I had to go in and get one. Not a huge deal but took about 45 minutes to get up to my room. Very nice and relaxing resort. I would definitely recommend. "

"The fact you couldn’t have beer in your room , I won’t be back , pool was closed because of minor wind and you had no black tea for the mornings , asked for a tub upgrade and it was 100 extra per night. That’s ridiculous…The customer service excluding all the above were very friendly! Good people "

"If i could give minus 5 i would. First off google doesnt even know where totake people for the endtry so we were lost for 2 hours and ended up in a trailor park trying to take us on a dirt road that was blocked. They had take people to this horrible stay. Had bugs in the tub and dirt. Door lock was broken. And the room in pics wasnt the room they gave me. And they wouldnt switch my room to the one they paid for. Rude receptionist. Sliding door broke n and wouldnt even open along with broken lock. Ice was all the way up a hill. Horrible stay and they wouldnt even refund ys. They literally denied all contact. I have called 3 times leaving my info with front desk and they always say the manager is unavailable. Either because its a weekend or because they are on vacation. Not a way to run a business!so we "
