"Great location, easy to find. Breakfast was great. So much choice with food. If you dont drink black tea or berber tea there are no other options (tea drinkers). The restaurant at the hotel serves great food. Pizzas salads etc. My only complaint is that milkshakes are on the menu but in five days we could only have them once. Everyday they would say "no milkshakes" yet they could make iced mochas? The pool area is beautiful. The pool life guard just sits around. The pool had lots of dead flies around the edges and floating around ..saw him clean it once...could do it more often. Its also freezing cold! The sunbathing area doesnt have many loungers and due to the courtyard design only gets the sun a few hours a day. Its a shame there is not a roof terrace to sunbathe. The room was pleasant, comfortable but basic. Could have done with a bin in the bedroom and a mini fridge to keep water cold. Bedside tables only big enough for the lamp and not enough sockets to have lamp on and charge phone by bed. House keeping would knock at strange times 8.30am or 9pm at night. They would take the dirty towels but not give us clean ones til later. They only cleaned the room once in 6 days and never took rubbish or empty glasses/bowls from the restaurant. Overall it was good value for money. More of a hotel feel than the riad experience I'd had at other establishments."

"Great stay in a beautiful Riad. Truly an oasis from the crazy souks . Staff especially Selma were kind and helpful. The spaces for lounging were gorgeous only downside was the arrangement of the pool which was away from the loungers and the hot tub/jacuzzi was not working to get hot and only suitable for a hot day since it’s cold and shaded."
