Room was really cleaned but bathroom was not. There was a rotting banana was on bathroom counter, used soap, used toothbrush also on counter. Beds were made perfectly. Beds were also extremely comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful and really nice.

One of the worst hotel stays I have EVER had! Check-in people were not helpful and not competent. Took almost 1.5 hours to get it finished. I would have left but I had already paid Expedia. Room was NOT clean-found a dirty sock on other side of the bed and toilet not cleaned. Paint and tiles peeling off the wall. Reported these things and got very little help. DONT STAY HERE!!

Unfortunately, I chose to stop in Abilene this night on a cross country journey when the city had a big Christmas event. There were few available rooms. This location is a bit rundown and the room I got had no heat. I complained to the night clerk who said they had no other rooms and the morning manager who said she would look into a partial refund through Expedia. I'll see if that comes. I do not recommend this hotel at any time and at the rate I paid on a busy night, it was the worst of my long trip.
