I was very scare to book any rooms in Abilene cause of the bad reviews so I usually have good rooms at comfort suites so I took the chance and it was good. Parking was easy front desk was nice room was clean. Bed and pillows were good too. Room 314 was good

The staff was friendly at check in, otherwise we didn’t have any other experiences with the staff. The hallway was clean and nice smelling, but our room was musty, dewy and the carpet felt wet. It also was incredibly dirty and got our feet covered in black dirt.

Staff was excellent however the whole facility was very run down for what I considered to be the Comfort Inn name. Paid $187 plus. A dirty rag on our bathtub, bathtub had rust and look like wet inner walls. Air Conditioner kept us up all night (possibly a bearing)... Kept on and off and sounded like a jet engine at takeoff! Elevator inside door was missing a cover. Breakfast
