"We enjoyed our stay. We didnt care for the breakfast. Not enough choices and the coffee was Starbucks which we dont like. So we found other places to eat. The front desk people were great, very helpful and friendly. They helped us find a restaurant and gave us walking directions. We had to ask to have our room cleaned which I thought was irritating. We stayed for a week and feel there should be housekeeping service every day without asking. So of the 8 days we stayed, we got housekeeping to come in 5 of the 8 days, so we left $25 tip for $5 per day that they actually came and cleaned. When they did come they did a good job and we were grateful to have a clean room and towels when we returned for the day. My biggest problem was the bed. Although comfortable, it was so high off the ground that I needed a step stool to get in it. Im 5'2" and that bed came up to my waist. I could not get into it without a boost, and there was nothing to step on. So that was a little difficult. We also had to pay quite a bit for parking, its NOT free. We enjoyed our stay, but that bed was a deal breaker for next time. "

"Hotel was conveniently located and in a great neighborhood. Lots of easy walking to restaurants. Rooms were a good size and clean. The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. We had a little trouble with key card for parking deck - but the young man (John, i believe) was very helpful it settled right for us. Will definately stay there again."

"The rooms are a bit outdated, but I felt safe and the staff was wonderful. I needed the shuttle to Reagan airport in that came in super handy."
