No customer service efforts. First night-upon check in- we stepped in multiple very wet spots on carpet. They said due to construction and did switch our room-which was appreciated. 2 days later we Asked for housekeeping (which you must request). They left our room with no toilet paper, Kleenex, or coffee pods. When asked for these items they said we could come to the front desk to pick them up-at 10pm. Upon checkout we requested to leave our bags for 3 hours-they refused saying they had no room and “we aren’t a luggage holding facility”. I have never had a hotel refuse to hold bags before! The area is very nice, but we Will NOT book this hotel again! Do not recommend

A/C unit was old, loud, and barely worked so it was pretty stuffy in the room most of the time. Pillows were thin and very uncomfortable. Bathroom was fine but very dated looking. I did not feel the quality matches the price I paid.

Hotel located in a convenient location, close to Roslyn Metro. Room cleanliness: dust on clock and headboard of bed. Ripped wallpaper on bathroom wall and mold in shower tile. Musty smell in room. Team. Upon departure, the woman at the front desk was applying her makeup. I thought this was inappropriate and unprofessional.

Checking in was quick and friendly. This was an overnight site seeing trip with early arrival and late afternoon flight out. It was particularly helpful to be able to leave our bags in the morning before check as well as leaving them after check out Saturday morning so that we could site see without worrying about our luggage during the day. Room was clean, quiet, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds.

Nice hotel. Should have to use a mobile key to get up to your floor. Staff was pleasant. Also when there is a huge group of students staying at a hotel they should not be placed with other guests. It was extremely noisy and disturbing.

As expected. Nice place. Great parking. Restaurants within short walk at night and felt safe. Coffee was good but restaurant was not really a restaurant. It’s a place to sit with a couple small options. I was expecting a full service restaurant. It wasn’t open when I checked in at 7 pm. Comfy clean bed. Overall, great place.

I stayed at this hotel for more than four days, and overall the experience was fine, but breakfast was definitely disappointing. They do have a menu with different options, but when I asked the person in charge, he said those options weren’t actually available — only what was in the display case: three types of muffins and two types of bagels. That is not a nutritious way to start the day, especially for guests staying several days. People don’t mind paying for breakfast, but there should be more variety and healthier options available. This is definitely an area where the hotel could improve significantly.
