"This was truly a home away from home! The room was at the perfect spot so we could watch the lifts, as well as see the pool! There was plenty of room for our family and everything was very clean. The kitchen was the perfect size, as was the fridge. Every little decor and detail made the trip that much better. The hosts of the condo were readily available to chat, if needed. We will definitely be booking again! "

"Absolutely terrible customer service. My party has the flu and think everybody would much rather not have somebody who is sick on the premises. I have been trying for two days to cancel my reservation and whenever somebody actually does answer the phone the guy just yells at you and hangs up on you. I am now stuck paying the fees because nobody on the other side knows how to answer a phone. I will tell anybody and everybody I know to never stay here."

"We had a wonderful stay at Mountain House in Vernon, NJ. The home was comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is fantastic—close to Mountain Creek and surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was well laid out, and the beds were comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after a full day out.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and check-in was convenient. There are a few small details that could be improved, but nothing that took away from an overall great experience.We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy mountain retreat in Vernon."
