I had actually booked the room for my boyfriend, His mother and I visited him every day. Construction was going on so I could tell things were under management and while the actual room was clean the hallways & elevator were dirty and the entire hotel reeked of smoke & marijuana I was disgusted and didn't want to stay with him & i paid for it. The hotel staff is actually very nice so 2 thumbs up for that, But unfortunately they have very scummy people congregating On the property and staying there. It seems like section 8 Recipients live there. So as an outside customer it's not a good vibe they give off. The breakfast was awesome on the weekends but spare during the week. I'm sure things will be nicer after renovations but they have to do something about the smell of marijuana it's gross.

To sum it up, this hotel is not nice. Breakfast did not include real coffee, but sludge from dispenser. Loud environment, didn’t feel safe. Beds not good, very squeaky.

The person I dealt with upon checking in took my credit card and kept looking at the card and my driver license many times as if I am a suspect!? Please treat people nicely and with respect above all, I paid to stay in your property and deserve to be welcomed not treated with disrespect. Also; it's been seven days so far and I haven't received my security deposit and had to call the bank and the hotel many times and yet the deposit is not in my account?!! You have caused me a lot of time and effort. Thank you for nothing.

Old and unkept and poor service

Dirty laundry left in bathroom. Tiny bathroom. Grab bar in shower falling off the wall. No towels in room and when called front desk I was told I would need to come get them at the front desk at 11:00 at night through an outside path to a second building in the rain when we were waiting for a shower to go to sleep. After insisting they sent someone with only a single set of towels for 2 people. I was told I should have called them earlier!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend The staff were kind and friendly, which was the only positive part of our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms were extremely outdated and dirty. There was a strong smell of smoke, an unknown fluid on the blanket, and red splatters on the bathroom door and walls. Several lights were broken, making the room feel even more unwelcoming. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
