"Upon arrival the staff were excellent and very professional. They accommodated our floor preference and let us know of all the offerings of the hotel, including a complimentary shuttle to the airport. They also approved a late checkout or our convenience. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. Plenty of pillows and towels! The pool was a tad cold but overall exactly what my daughter needed after a long day of soccer. We took advantage of the small snack store and got some goodies. It was an excellent stay and if we find ourselves in need, we will be coming back!"
