The property was superb, loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the property, during the check-in process the guy who was at the counter, i believe he said that his name was Ayden or something like that, was rude, from tossing the paperwork to even though my hand was reaching for my card and id, he smacked it down onto the counter, very unpleasant guy, and at around 7:30pm as i was heading to bed, a strong smell of cigarette started to make its way into my bedroom, but all in all, i would definitely stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located just off the interstate in Middlebury, CT. It had a large parking lot that surrounded the building which meant there is plenty of spaces available. The room was immaculately clean and had a plentiful supply of bath linens. If I had to post anything negative, it would involve the dining- specifically breakfast. The menu was ala carte during the week, but a breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday. IMO the buffet was overpriced for children @ $10.95, a bit much for the portion a child would eat. Other than that, I will definitely stay there again!

Poorly assigned room

My room was directly facing the road where a paving project was being done - from 11pm-5am. Based on how few cars there were in the parking lot, I doubt this was the only available room. And at 11pm I didn’t want to pack myself up and request a new room. The lights and noise made for a sleepless night. Otherwise a typical chain hotel experience

The staff were polite, attentive, and focused on a positive guest experience. That said, every once in a while it’s good to be reminded that you get what you pay for. Patty’s Pantry located nearby is well worth a visit for fresh breakfast or lunch.

Not what I expected from Wyndham!

Went to CT for our daughter's Bridal shower. Th room was just ok. Furniture all scratched and rough. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were old and lumpy. On Saturday they had construction going on in the room next door until 9 pm! It stopped when we called to complain. Won't stay there again!!
