Additionally, the floors were dirty, indicating a serious lapse in housekeeping. I expected a much higher standard of hygiene from a resort of this caliber, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. "We had a couple of nights in luxury at this spa hotel. It is well appointed with good communal areas and plenty of facilities. The rooms are clean and have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities as well as a safe. There is the spa which is free to use but you pay for massages which has an indoor/outdoor pool plus sauna and steam room. There are numerous outdoor pools plus games areas. There is a private beach with adult only area and a large beach bar and restaurant. The main restaurant is a buffet with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a number of speciality restaurants. There is also a patisserie. "
