We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The pool was well maintained by staff. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff is extremely helpful. The beach was very accessible and the shows were great for the kids and versatile. However, the food’s cleanliness was to be questioned, as one of us had food poisoning. I suggest avoiding sushi and food that has been sitting for a long time. Another thing that ruined our experience is the reception gave us the wrong color bracelet and we found out on our last day. There was also one of the staff who worked in the hair braiding spot who would give us dirty looks for no reason which we did not appreciate. Overall we’d rate a 4/5.

Medium Hôtel

I was in this hotel for only three days, with family and children, the hotel have good potential, the food was correct, especially the breakfast, the room also acceptable, animation not that good during the day but awsome by the night time, the irish bar very nice. The thing is there were too much people, in overall a nice hotel but no more.

You will enjoy the hotell, but gests are not so respektfull. It is not the hotell problem. If you want to relax and get a hugh class vacation it is not this for you, becasue of guests chaos.
