Property was well presented and modern. We had a family room with our 2 teenage boys. There were nice little extras in the room like free soft drinks, toiletries and slippers. The cleaners did a good job. The food was nice with lots of choice but it was pretty much the same every day. My son loved the desserts. We never had an issue with finding a table in the dining room.
The pool area was relaxed and clean, initially there were no issues with getting a sunbed but in our last week they removed some of the beds so people couldn't get one. There were always lifeguards on the two pools and the kids loved the slides. The pool bars were nice with a good choice and the queues were never too big. I didn't like the fact that they served the drinks around the pool area in glasses though. We saw a few broken glasses around the path, this is not safe with children around. There is a shuttle to the private beach area, the staff were always cleaning up the beach. The beach bar is a bit unloved and tatty. The hotel is in a quiet area and a short walk takes you to shops and a few bars. It's a 10 minute taxi ride to Side old town, which was lovely on a night. We would stay here again, we were sad to leave.
