"We had an amazing stay at the National Hotel. We've always wanted to stay there when visiting family in Jackson but never able to. The staff were friendly and professional, the hotel atmosphere was great. You could really feel the 1852 vibe. The decorations and artwork was perfect. We can't wait until the lounge, bar and restaurant are remodeled and open. No real ghost stories to share, but there are old visitors for sure. It's centrally located in town, just wish Jackson was thriving with some business and restaurants nearby. Too many antique stores and closed shops in down town. My only recommendation is to have a nightstand on both sides of the bed and a shelf for toiletries in the bathrooms. Other than that, it's perfect! Thanks for being a great host Tamara! cheers."
