My group reserved a room in The Duke (the restaurant in the National Hotel) for our annual soirée. I had brought champagne, but knowing that the rooms did not have mini fridges, I asked The Duke if they could keep the champagne in their fridge—which they did! Thank you!
Stayed 2 nights, a Saturday and Sunday. 1st night was great, quiet, and a good night's sleep. However, Sunday was really loud. The fire alarm went off in our room at 3 AM, and a car alarm started going off for an hour around 5 AM in the morning, which sucked..
Beautiful historic building. Nice clean rooms with modern amenities. Nice bathroom and nice beds. Has a bar and restaurant on site.

Rooms were small and slightly dated but the staff was so friendly and the saloon was so old school. Everyone we met had a smile and tried to be helpful. Plus free parking right behind.

Check out. Very clean and comfortable 🤗
Everything about this stay was great. We loved our room especially the view from our window that overlooked the downtown all lit up at night with holiday lights. The charm of the entire hotel was superb. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We look forward to returning soon!

I checked in early and was welcomed without any hesitation. The front counter staff was gracious and welcoming during my entire stay. When I got to my room I realized that I had been upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the festively decorated downtown. The room was gorgeous with wonderful toiletries which was an added bonus. The bed was extremely comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. Also, clean as a whistle.
The property itself was historical and adorned in period furnishings with a fabulous fireplace that I took advantage of in the morning while enjoying my book and complimentary coffee.
I will definitely return to this beautiful and historic property!
No parking on the Main Street, must park in the public parking garage located behind the hotel. Comfy bed, clean rooms. Don’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper
