This is the worst hotel i have ever lodged. Very arrogant staffs, the worst is the restaurant. What i said here was my experience in that hotel. My 2 nights in that will never repeat itself again. I regretted lodging in that hotel, just was wasted my money.

Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones ...

We complied and paid with the owner's word that he cancelled the Hotels.com reservation. We waited for a hotels.com email but received none. ...
