Located on the island of Oahu, Honolulu has a lot to offer. First on list is a pilgrimage to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world: Lanikai Beach. With soft sands and sweeping ocean vistas, this beach is a tropical playground for swimming, snorkeling and kayaking. The Majestic Manoa Falls is your reward at the end of a short trail through one of the most complex ecosystems on the island.
Be sure to pack your grass skirts for a trip to Hale Koa Luau, a traditional Hawaiian ceremony offering dancing and eating against the backdrop of an illuminating fire knife dance. Created by a series of volcanic eruptions, a hike to the top of the 350-acre Diamond Head crater provides breath-taking views of Honolulu.
