Seat was too small for first class
Was not informed of the luggage carousel number.or the back loaded passengers that we should expect in YVR arpt and immigration que lines. Took us 2 hours sneaking thru que lines before we saw our luggage.
Customs can be a bummer but, that has nothing to do with WestJet : )
Check-in line is too long and confusing. There are few helpers at LAX.
Wish we could have secured seats on WestJet flight. We were separated :(
Short flights are generally made great by good flight staff. And ours were friendly and helpful
Good and cheap flight, will definitely book again through Cheap Ticket! :-D
I only had an issue with on-line check-in as I tried 3 times and I could not check. Finally, the staff at the airport helped with the kiosk check-in. Overall, great experience. Thank you American Airlines. Ihab Amer Naji +974 - 665 77 260
I am very satisfied with the accuracy and prompt service and I would certainly use this company again to book my next flight to Los Angeles.
