My entertainment wasn’t loaded for most of the flight
Lay over time was too long
Awesome Awesome customer services, and the flight was amazing!! Loved the Seats, and the crew were truly kind and polite.
Rough landing causing me to vomit; no vomit bags available. Had to check carry on due to no space. Aside from this flight was okay
Wished water to drink is free
Flight had to turn around due to fuel malfunction but AA found us a new plane within the hour and keep us informed
I feel like Retirees and Veterans should be able to have free baggage just like our Active Duty members. We did our time and served our country. We should be treated the same.
All my American flights this trip were ON TIME!! I love it when they take off on time and you are there right on time! Thank You, American!
