The global impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting travelers everywhere with canceled flights, route changes, and travel advisories. If you already booked a cruise or are thinking of booking one, it can be overwhelming to navigate through all the news out there. That’s what we’re here for – to give you the travel information you need to make an informed decision.

We will keep this page regularly updated to ensure we are providing the latest guidance, travel suggestions, and links to pertinent coronavirus information so you can rest easy when making your cruise travel plans.

If you are not able to cancel your cruise booking from My Trips, please submit this form.
If your cruise was canceled by the cruise line, please do not call us. We are working with the cruise lines to process your cancellation and we will be emailing you shortly with details about your canceled cruise.

When will I receive my refund?

If you have already requested a refund please do not call us. Due to high demand, refunds are taking longer than normal to process and vary depending on the cruise line. It may take up to 90 days to receive your refund. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times.

Temporary Safety Precautions & Boarding Denial Criteria

Travel update: Many cruise lines are implementing temporary safety precautions. You may be denied boarding based on the criteria below.

1 – Existing severe or chronic medical conditions

Boarding will be denied to any person with a severe, chronic medical condition, including those specified by the CDC.

2 – Any underlying health issues

Guests of all ages will be screened prior to boarding regarding underlying health issues that may prevent them from sailing. Secondary, enhanced health screenings will be performed.

3 – Recent travel to specific countries

Any person who has traveled from, to or through mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Europe, Iran, or South Korea 15 days prior to embarkation.
Any person who has come in contact with anyone with 15-day prior travel to mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Europe, Iran, or South Korea. The CDC characterizes contact with an individual as coming within six feet (2M) of a person.
Any person who within 15 days prior to embarkation, has had contact with, or helped care for, anyone suspected or diagnosed as having COVID-19, or who are currently subject to health monitoring for possible exposure to COVID-19.
For Caribbean Itineraries Only: The above parameters will also include Japan, Singapore and Taiwan, along with travel or contact occurring 21-days prior to embarkation.
