The hotel has a good location, but it looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel carpet is very worn and looks dirty, both in the lobby and in the rooms. This is not good. I think it needs maintenance. I never saw the hotel bar open. I think they are understaffed.

Room is good, service is alright. However, the info from Expedia on this hotel is not accurate. There is no fitness center available on site, it’s only offsite but need to pay 18 franc/day to use. It’s wrong.

Отель так себе пойдёт , возле окна столько окурки от сигарет ужас, шумо изоляция низкая, в ресепшен была женщина русскоговорящая очень неприятно шустрая, завтрак прекрасный, снова бы не остановился бы в этом отеле, персонал в ресепшен нужно подтянуть в лучшую сторону.

Room was clean and I really appreciated that I was allowed to check in early! It made my quick trip super convenient! The bed was very comfortable, shower was also good pressure, and location is very perfect! It is only a 15min walk to the HB and close to all the main trams.

Just spent 4 nights.. staff were all very nice and accommodating especially Khristina! We loved the location to everything.. hotel was clean and we had a group of 8.... it was a bit chaotic checking in but the hotel was extremely helpful and understanding! Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. We lpved zürich and we definitely would stay here again!
