The staff at Leonhardstrasse ( MARY ) of housekeeping was excellent and very professional. She informed and assisted us when the room’s balcony door was damages prior to our checking in. She helped contact the office and helped us move in to the replacement room.

It is a modern room but a little smaller than I expected. Close to everything. My only negative comment is that the access code did not work for us to enter the building when we arrived past midnight. Luckily a resident stepped outside and we were able to enter. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is centrally located, but be aware that it is uphill and if you have more than one bag, you will want to take an uber from the train station. I reached out to the hotel four months before arrival, but there was an issue where they could not see my email address even though I provided it on Expedia through messaging. They need to be more clear about the process that a guest needs to register on their website online before arrival in order to get the access code. Overall, it was a nice hotel and the room was c comfortable.

The best thing about this accommodation is the central location. The room was clean but very small for 2 people. The shared kitchen was ok if you are happy to use while several other guests cooking around you. The staff were very pleasant. We had trouble with the door handle, we couldn’t leave our room until the cleaner came to rescue us. It turns out that you have to force the handle down!

It was too hot inside the building, there was air conditioning in the room but it did not work. There was a kettle mugs and a coffee machine but no coffee, sugar, milk, spoons, pods. The shower door was not able to open properly because of the sink being in the way as well as this the staff were not very accommodating with check in we asked if it was possible for slightly early check in as we had been travelling since 3am and they refused I’m sure they could have given just half an hour early and this would have helped a lot

The room was spotless, the apartment was just right infront of the tram station that took us to the Zurich Airport. The location is great!!! I love visionapartment. I will definitely going back to Switzerland and will book in the same apartment as we are very happy with our stay! The people working in visionapartment are the BEST!! Very friendly and accommodating and most of all approachable!

Room was very basic. No AC, only openable window which pulls the curtain when you open it. Coffee machine, no Coffee pods. Everything has to be requested via email like an iron and ironing board. This then arrives 24 hour's after you need it.

Room was clean and had all the amenities that were listed/described. Close proximity to city center and Zurich HB. Originally booked Leonhardstrasse but got switched for Studio Apartment Senior. Nonetheless, hotel room was good and clean.

Begrüßt wurden wir von einer Schiebetür die sich trotz korrektem Code nicht geöffnet hat. Die Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend - besonders das Bad ist wirklich sehr klein! Des Weiteren hat die Klimaanlage aufgrund von Bauarbeiten nicht funktioniert - dies hatte zur Folge dass wir in einer Sauna geschlafen haben (Glücklicherweise durften wir das Zimmer am nächsten Tag aber wechseln). Die Codes zu den Gemeinschaftsbereichen haben leider auch nur teilweise funktioniert. So war ein entspanntes Kartenspielen in der Lobby leider nicht möglich und man musste auf das kleine Zimmer ausweichen. Leider ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend. Leider war vor unserem zimmer eine Baustelle was es unmöglich gemacht hag mit offenem fenster zu schlafen. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn einmal während unseres aufenthaltes gesaugt worden wäre aber alles in allem eine sehr schöne unterkunft mit top lage.

My room was on the 7th floor and the elevator only runs to the 6th floor. So i had to hand carry my heavy luggages up the stairs. The breakfast was good, and the free laundry facility was useful.
