Holiday home - Casa Ruà

The house is shrouded in silence and green hills just a short distance from the sea of Zoagli, about 3 km away. To reach the house it is necessary to take a walk of about 800 m. The three bedrooms have two double beds and two single beds. There is a TV with satellite antenna. The two terraces are equipped with outdoor shower, umbrella, teak table and chairs, sun loungers and chaise-longues.
It is perched on a hill and can be reached from the parking lot under the highway bridge with a suggestive walk of about 800 meters. It is surrounded by bands delimited by dry stone walls and wrought iron railings; for these reasons, connected to security and accessibility issues, the house is not recommended for children and guests with difficult walking.
The construction dates back to the first half of the 19th century. There is a stone crusher, and an olive grove with more than 2000 plants. The unique tranquility is due to the access road closed to car traffic. It is a path of three centuries ago with the typical ancient Ligurian cobblestone, which runs alongside the Semorile stream.
The three bedrooms have two double beds and two single beds. There are two external patios overlooking the hills and olive groves in the area.
From the house it is possible, three kilometers to reach the Naviganti promenade in Zoagli. It is a suggestive pedestrian path overlooking the sea carved into the rock. Also in Zoagli it is possible to practice water sports, tennis, five-a-side football, diving.
