Three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (two premium box-spring beds, one electrically adjustable bed). All rooms are equipped with a TV and a spacious wardrobe.

Open-plan area featuring two cozy sofas, an armchair, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Adjacent dining area with a large table that comfortably seats 6 guests.

Kitchen:
Modern amenities include a ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, refrigerator, large freezer, and a full set of dishes and utensils.

Bathrooms:
One large bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, and spacious sink. The second bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and dryer (coin-operated).
