Was so happy with our choice of staying at villa mexicana! The property was well looked after, rooms were clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Being right on the beach was amazing, listening to the waves crashing on the pristine beach at night was the best way to fall asleep. Many of the guests we met are repeat visitors - which speaks highly for villa mexicana - location is perfect - many choices for eating within walking distance and hotel had great food. Beach was fabulous and ocean waves were okay to play in. Will be back for sure!

Yes I have to upgrade 100.00dlls more to have a view and not see the coiling of other building.- Nobody told us show us where room was located.-young man At reception not expert but somehow nice- supervisor sow full.-restaurant never came to serve offer drinks by pool or by beach front chairs.- breakfast awful took so long and started so late I will never be back there

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Mexicana very much. It is a beautiful beachfront property. Very clean, friendly staff, the first hotel where we met people who, have been coming back regularly for 20 or 30 years!

The staff go out of their way to accommodate you and so helpful. They are friendly and immediately respond. Rooms are clean. The beach is clean and they have a turtle preservation program. Many turtles were laying their eggs and a team came every day to gather the eggs to protect them until time to bring them back to hatch. So amazing!!! You can arrange activities right at the site for fishing, jet skis, par sailing, etc. The resort is small in comparison to larger chain hotels but they are so much more true to the experience of Mexico’s culture. Love, love the whole experience and plan to be there again soon.
