Great location with easy walk from train station and to main town area. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the buffet breakfast offered delicious hot and cold options. The heated indoor pool and saunas were a fabulous way to end a big day of hiking. Great sized room with very comfy beds, kitchen area plus our own sundeck area with views of the Matterhorn - canโ€™t ask for more than that ! If we came back to Zermatt would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This hotel was lovely. We stayed in the Aparthotel. We enjoyed everything it offered. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was delicious and the sauna, steam room and pool were amazing. We have been on a 6 week trip and this has been our favorite hotel thus far. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Everything was terrific! Our family of 4 REALLY enjoyed the included breakfast each morning! The spa was terrific! Love the convenient location to the train station. Zermatt is very walkable. Arca is on the North end. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to the South end. My family is looking forward to returning to Zermatt and staying at Arca!

This place is fabulous and we will stay here again. Amazing spa and new chrome pool! Used every night. Breakfast was fabulous and included!!! I cannot give enough stars, as this was one of our favorite places ever to stay. And very affordable!

View of Matterhorn

The hotel was in a perfect location for train station, town, restaurants and transportation to the Gornergrat railway. The view of the Matterhorn was amazing from balcony. The people at the desk were friendly and the breakfast was very good. We do wish we would have brought swimsuits with us as they had a great heated pool.

Great location, not far from station, and a fabulous warm pool. Room was spacious enough, modern bathroom and facilities. We had an excellent morning view of the Matterhorn from our balcony.
