Good Location

Location was excellent. Breakfast spread was very good. Room was clean. Strong sewage stink from our bathroom throughout our stay. Hotel staff tried with whatever resources they had. This was the most unpleasant experience during our stay. Housekeeping service was below standard. There were bits of garbage still after cleaning.

Excellent all round!!

This was an excellent experience in a 3* hotel. Staff in every department from inital check in until leaving and everything in between was superb. Breakfast had a great variety of foods and the welcoming cake and coffee etc, was a lovely gesture. Thank you all. I will certainly be reccomehding the Butterfly 🦋 ❤️

I lived in sixth floor but the elevator only reached to fifth floor. We had to move our luggage via the staircase. The main door was extremely difficult to close from the outside. The room was clean but the space was not enough. Also, the room was a little cold and no a/c control even though we closed all the windows. The major issue was the wifi connection. The connection was very poor and unstable. The staff of the breakfast service was very great. The front desk staff was good. The location of the hotel is very great.

Great place to stay, large modern clean room with balcony. Located in the heart of the town close to train station and shopping Staff was excellent, breakfast buffet had plenty of options and after noon coffee, tea and pastries in the afternoon was a nice surprise. Will definitely return

This property was just a block off the hustle and bustle of the Main Street and our room was dead quiet. Staff at the desk were very pleasant and the morning breakfast staff very good. The free breakfast was great and the afternoon tea and cake a nice touch.
